Mold Removal, Cleaning and Material Disposal
Porous materials the mold has grown into, like drywall, insulation, carpet, and ceiling tiles, are removed and bagged inside the containment. Hard surfaces are HEPA-vacuumed and cleaned with professional antimicrobial treatments, and everything removed is documented.

Drying, Prevention & Reconstruction
Mold comes back when the moisture problem isn’t fixed, so we dry the area to normal levels, address the source, and verify before containment comes down. Then the same team rebuilds what was removed, from insulation and drywall through paint, backed by our 3 year rebuild warranty.
