American Restoration Partners with A&J Property Restoration

September 30, 2020 – American Restoration is pleased to announce its strategic partnership with Wisconsin based A&J Property Restoration (“A&J”), a trusted restoration industry leader for over 35 years.

Headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin, A&J has an additional branch office in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. A&J, founded in 1984 by Kent and Lynn Rawhouser, is a full service restoration industry provider specializing in emergency fire and water restoration, mold remediation, cleaning, reconstruction and other services for commercial and residential customers. “Maintaining our high level of customer service as well as our team and culture are extremely important. Our leadership team and the people who have served our customers for many years with great care and compassion will still be at A&J to take care of you. Now they will be supported by additional investment and resources from American Restoration,” said Kent Rawhouser.

A&J is the third partnership for American Restoration, which acquired Utah Disaster Kleenup in May of 2019 and Cavalry Construction and Restoration in February of 2020. Through the partnerships, American Restoration provides the teams with the necessary tools, resources and capital needed to exceed customer expectations and accelerate growth of the business in existing and high potential markets. “We are excited to partner with A&J based on their strong business, leadership team and trajectory, and we will continue to partner with proven restoration industry leaders to jointly grow our business and geographic footprint” said American Restoration CEO, John Joseph.
